Dr. Joann and Dr. Tom Ross founded Petito-Ross Chiropractic Center in 1985 with a mission that has not changed since then. In addition to chiropractic care, Dr. Tom has implemented a weight loss program into his office to help patients get back to optimum health and fitness. We have successfully helped thousands of patients from all walks of life achieve this goal, and we will continue to do so.
Dr. Joann Petito-Ross is one of the founding doctors who is now a partner and retired associate chiropractor. She graduated from John Hopkins University with a Bachelor of Science. She graduated in 1984 from Texas Chiropractic College with her doctorate in chiropractic medicine. She is a member of the New Jersey and Texas Chiropractic societies. In 1990 she received the Female Chiropractor of the year award from the Professional Management Association. In 2003, Dr. Joann took a step back from actively practicing but still remains a partner in the practice.

By attending classes, Dr. Tom ensures he stays up to date on the most recent techniques and practices in chiropractic medicine. He attends several seminars each year to stay abreast of new techniques to enhance a healthy lifestyle in a completely natural and holistic way. He also goes annually to a weight loss convention to stay up to date with weight loss and nutrition. He practices several different disciplines including Diversified and Activator techniques, Applied Kinesiology and Decompression Traction.
Being an athlete throughout his college career, Dr. Tom also has a unique insight into what athletes need to maintain their bodies while working out on a daily basis. This has greatly increased his effectiveness when treating athletes from many different sports.
